Pongal Hamper Prize: OPS Brams Tamil Nadu Govt

Chennai: The coordinator of the AIADMK O Panneerselvam on Tuesday slammed the Tamil Nadu government to get products from other states to supply gift pongal gifts.
He alleged that Nadu Nadu Nadu Nadu Gift Gift Scheme was a failure.
In a statement, the former Main Minister said the government’s purchase of other countries amounted to no respect for Tamil and the state of Tamil Nadu.
“Many products have been purchased from North India and Karnataka.
There is no detail about where procurement is made in half the product.
Is it fair to get material from other states for projects that are applied with taxes collected from the Tamil Nadu people? The material has Hindi written on them.
“Said the AIADMK leader.
Only God knows who beneficiaries, he added.
He urged the head of Minister M K Stalin to intervene and ordered an investigation of irregularities and prevented the recurrence of such errors.
