Poor Aqi Delhi for 4th day in a row on Saturday

New Delhi: Air quality in Delhi remains poor for the fourth day in a row on Saturday with burning stumps for 12 percent of PM2.5 national capital pollution, government data shows.
According to the Ministry of Department of Science Earth, the Safar air forecast agency, more than 1,800 agricultural fires were observed in the northwestern region of Delhi on Friday.
Data from the central pollution control board shows the capital records an average air quality index (AQI) of 268.

Safar said the air quality would likely increase to a moderate category on Sunday due to changes in the wind from northwest to south east.
