Ahmedabad: Poor Performances from Gujarat in the Framework of the National Institute Ranking (NIRF) continued in 2021 because only one Institute, each of which appeared in the top 50 in the overall category and university.
None of the medical and dental colleges based in Gujarat who managed to reach 100 top institutions this year.
IIT Gandhinagar (IIT-GN) is ranked 33rd in the entire list, while Gujarat University is displayed at 43rd in the university category.
Iím Ahmedabad maintained the top position in the management category, while the University Cept was ranked fifth in architecture, GNLU was placed sixth in law and Niper Ahmedabad was 10 in the pharmaceutical category.
“IIT-GN always focuses on quality education and meaningful research that can create eternal impacts.
We continue to strive to explore, innovate, and a newer altitude scale in education and research and development,” said Prof.
Sudhir Jain, Director of IIT-GN .
Bimal Patel, President Cept University, said that “NIRF evaluation was a reflection of a process for a decade to deepen university expertise in various habitat regions, commitment to the teaching and learning environment that fostered excellence.” St Xavier’s College from Ahmedabad and Irma from Anand each is displayed in the colleges and management categories.
