Chatra: The police destroyed Poppy’s cultivation at 15 hectares in Lawalong and Area on Saturday.
Simaria Sdpo Ashok Priyadar confirmed that stating that five hectares of Poppy were destroyed Lawalong and 10 hectares in markwa.
Priyadarshi said, “DC and SP we regularly get reports on Poppy Cultivation in a remote area of Simaria Subdivisions.
The team was formed to hold attacks in such areas and destroy plants.” Tnn
