Nagpur: E-commerce Manager Portal ShopClues.com was slapped on charges of various violations, including environmental norms, after his company was conveyed forbidden from Nylon Manja in front of the police door, failing to realize the order placed was part of the shock operation.
This is the first action starting with the online portal that sells prohibited from spoiled nylon.
The city police, under the head (CP) Amitesh Kumar, had a tight kick-start drive against Nylon Spoiled following the stricture authorized by the High Court and the Green Court.
About 116 registered violations, 165 people were arrested and decent materials RS48.35 lakh was confiscated.
Their kite and associations have been warned about the illegality of spoiled nylon and notifications have been presented to them.
About 21 e-commerce portals, including ShopClues.com, also issued carefully notification through the mail under the part 149 of the Criminal Code (CRPC) on December 6, followed by another command of the combined CP Aswati Dorje under part 144 from CRPC at 14 December that prohibits sales, use or spoiled nylon stockings.
Cyber police have found a spoiled nylon online display with the ‘mono kites’ brand on ShopClues.com on December 21 following the order they have placed the order as part of a sting operation by the Assistant Team Police Inspector Keshav Wagh under Commissioner Supervision Chetna Tidke Police Deputy.
Nylon Manja is being sold by vendors from midnapore in West Bengal, which can also be a defendant after further investigation, said an official.
On December 28 the consignment was delivered at the Maya cell office in the crime branch.
The police are aware of registered violations of ShopClues.com managers, following complaints submitted by cyber cells.
CP Kumar said strict virtual cells were monitored by e-commerce portals and social media for spoiled squeezing intercepted nylon abusing the platform.
“As the shipping of the consignment is prohibited from violating the command of the police ban, the violation is registered with the person concerned from the e-commerce portal,” said CP, adding a drive against spoiled nylon and extortion to be improved.
