New Delhi: Kashmiri Migrant, most Hindus who were forced to move from the valley after the militant attacks targeted in the nineties, leaving their original home and property, now has a new ray of hope in reclaiming their properties that are well interrupted or taken in Forcibly depressed sales or fraud.
J & K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, launched the portal on Tuesday to allow Kashmir migrants to submit online complaints about their properties in Kashmir and secure the recovery bound time, said it would ease the fate of around 44,000 migrant families – where 40,142 from the community Hindus, 2,684 from the Muslim community and 1,730 of Sikh Fold – and allowed them to return to their ancestral homes in Kashmir with dignity, bringing accuracy and destruction.

Deputy Commissioner has been authorized to verify the field or a migrant property survey and renew all registers within 15 days before sending a Compliance Report to the Division Commissioner, Kashmir.
District Judges will take timely action for eviction, prisoners and recovery properties spent / forcibly take action against violators.
Portal, run based on experiments since August 21, received 854 complaints during the trial period.
This contrasted with 113 complaints received by the Relef Commissioner and office rehabilitation between 2018-19 and 2020-2021.
Speaking at the launch, LG Sinha said this initiative, based on the ideals of former PM A B A Vajpayee and PM Narendra Modi, was the result of good governance practices from the UT government.
