Mumbai: Even as the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) on Friday review readiness for the third wave and existing Covid-19-induced restrictions, the number of Covid-19 deaths rose 1,177 deaths in the last two days in the last two days.
Maharashtra added 200 Covid deaths on Friday and 121 deaths reported on Thursday; However, 596 long deaths added to the total victims on Friday and 318 were added on Thursday.
With this, the number of state deaths reached 1,25,034.

The meeting group will be held once again next week to tighten the relaxation given.
The state expects to receive more than 1,000 samples that have been sent for genome sequencing.
