KOLKATA: The Calcutta High Court on Monday made a three-member Committee for rehabilitation of sufferers of post-poll violence following meeting polls.
The Committee will include a representative each from State Human Rights Commission, National Human Rights Commission, Member Secretary and State Legal Services Authority.
The Committee may organize with authorities and arrange for rehab of individuals to the areas they’ve the right.
When there’s a dispute, then that might need to be observed.
