NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday requested the Centre and West Bengal authorities to react to a plea seeking instructions to stop alleged exodus of individuals because of”state-sponsored” violence and constituting a SIT to research and take proper action against offenders. A vacation bench of Justices Vineet Saran and B R Gavai led the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and the National Commission of Women (NCW) be created parties in the subject following the petitioners stated they have taken notice of scenario of men and women in West Bengal. The top court stated that the responses of this Centre and West Bengal be registered in the issue and also recorded the prosecution for more hearing at the week beginning June 7.
