Mumbai: Head of Maharashtra Minister Uddhav Thackeray is undergoing physiotherapy after a successful cervical spinal surgery earlier this month at HN Reliance Hospital here, his office said on Monday.
He is currently “very stable” and will be dismissed from the hospital in time, said the minister’s office (CMO).
“CM has undergone a successful spinal surgery and underwent physiotherapy at the Reliance HN hospital.
He is currently very stable and will be dismissed in time,” CMO said in a statement.
He underwent surgery on November 12.
Thackeray (61) was hospitalized on November 10 about the doctor’s advice after his neck pain was exacerbated.
Earlier this month, he attended an event wearing a cervical collar.
