Post the house was rejected, COP refused Nagpur, chose Gadchiroli Stint again

Nagpur: Assistant Police Inspector (API) Babasaheb Dudhal, who is responsible for the Sawarmaon Police Station in North Gadchiroli, chose to return and serve again in the tribal district affected by Maois after his request to post a house was rejected and he posted in Nagpur.
Over the past six years, he has served at Gadchiroli, a 950 km of his home in the Solapur district.
Dudhal, after being promoted as a fire, want to return to his original place in Solapur.
He hopes too, because the transfer norms set by former officer permit Minister RR Patil who served at Gadchiroli to get a post of choice after that.
But, the choice of Dudhal was strangely ignored and he was sent to Nagpur.
Apart from Dudhal, even the additional former SP, Gadchiroli, Manish Kalwaniya was also rejected ‘post choices’, which was allowed for its predecessors, and posted as DCP in Nagpur.
Interior Minister Dilip Walse Patil, who was in the city last week, has mentioned that Kalwaniya seniors preferred this year, when asked by experts about irregularities in posting the norm.
Dudhal, which was transferred to Gadchiroli from Mumbai in 2015, has served at the Dhodraj critical post out in Bhamragarh Taluka which was sensitive in South Gadchiroli when he was promoted.
In Dhodraj, Dudhal has done several proactive steps for other tribes and local residents.
“I hope to return to my district (Solapur) but will wait next time now.
But, I feel on duty at Gadchiroli will help more because I can contribute more than just doing a routine police in the city of Nagpur.
Therefore, I asked the government to send me Once again to Gadchiroli.
I am now happy to serve in critical posts in Sawarmaon, which is about 1.5 km from the Chhattisgarh border, “he said.
“Even though my family opposed it, I managed to convince them to allow me to return to Gadchiroli,” he said.
Dudhal, who believes in fighting peace battles, decides to work for the generation of employment, channel the government scheme to the grassroots level, and helps villagers empowered.
During the ‘Jan Jataran Melaja’ (mass awareness program) in the last week of October, Dudhal ensured that incense stick manufacturing projects were formally launched by SP Ankit Goyal and other senior officers.
“We managed to get six machines to make incense sticks from Mumbai and make it available for around 100 women from various small savings groups for training and income.
Every woman will be able to get RS350 per day by working six hours here,” Dudhal said here, “Dudhal said.” .
The officer joined as Constable at GRP in Mumbai in 2005, and then examined the MPSC exam to be chosen as a sub-inspector in 2013.
Dudhal also helped 30 families get a gas stove under Yojana Gas Ujwala.
“The tribes cut trees for firewood.
I decided to help them with the stove so they did not have to go to the forest for firewood.
The gas stove will also be good for women’s health,” he said.
Apart from the Labor Plant Scheme, Dudhal also helped 320 villagers insured under the Prime Minister Surakha Bima, and 214 under Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana.
