HYDERABAD: The Covid-19 pandemic has abandoned the postal division in 2 the Telugu countries –Telangana along with Andhra Pradesh–at a state of shock, together with over 100 departmental staff sentenced to the virus, although over 1,000 employees were changed.

Andhra Pradesh leader PMG M Venkateswarlu stated,”A total of 1,210 Covid instances are reported, of that, 534 instances regained.
We’ve dropped 81 departmental employees and GDS workers” The main PMGs in both countries confessed that the passing rate and active instances in GDS workers is greater compared to departmental employees.
GDS operate in rural locations and have immediate interaction with overall individuals, while offering postal services like purchase of stamps and stationery, conveyance and delivery of trade, among other obligations, that inclued IPPB function from the Departmental Post Offices/RMS as well as cash disbursements.
“A SOP of all Covid-19 criteria have to be followed by each postal worker when discharging their responsibilities was hauled.
But absence of consciousness cost us several lives, and most were impacted,” said Rajendra Kumar.
