Ranchi: The Joint Team of Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC) and Ranchi police on Thursday moved posters that were inserted throughout the capital to welcome Bhairav ​​Singh, who had attacked the Convoy of the Head of the Minister of Hemant Soren in January this year.
