Nagpur: Detailed Postmortem Report and Inspection of RTO scooters driven by victims of the Custodian Death Manoj Thawkar will be proven important in this case now being investigated by the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
Kin Thawker’s statement before the Cid country at their residence added a new touch to the kasing.
According to their statement, Thawker drove a scooter who made the brakes broken and therefore he could not stop when the police tried to stop him.

The investigation body is now awaiting detailed reports to decide on future actions.
This accidental case can be converted into murder or guilty murder that does not amount to murder, depending on reports from forensic experts regarding whether the injury to the body is responsible for death.
