“We did regular repair work as soon as we received a hole complaint.
But because of the rain and other reasons the road was damaged again,” said a senior SMC official to Ti.
Damage to some very severe places so the hole put it even put the bridge frame that exposes the iron rod used to build a concrete layer.
Officials, however, fiercely argue that the iron blade is exposed because the hole is not translated as a damaged structure, but that ‘wound’ can be repaired by covering the crater.
However, the Municipal Corporation (SMC) letter uses a mixture of cement or cold tar to repair the hole in the flyover bridge, however, efforts are increasingly proven inadequate.
“Some flyovers in the city are in a bad condition and we have raised this problem in the past.
After our complaints, the road in FOBS was repaired but was damaged again because of the poor quality of work,” said Dharmesh Bhanderi, opposition leader at SMC.
