Kolkata: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday arrested the former Director of Jharkhand-Based Friends and Natural Resources Companies from his residence on the Salt Lake Kolkata in connection with the alleged fund of the SPLinter CPI (MAOIS) group.
Mahesh Agarwal was arrested after the Jharkhand Court rejected the request “there was no coercion”.
Special Nia Court on Wednesday sent him to the detention of four-day transit, Rohit Khanna reported.
