CHENNAI: Power supply will be suspended in many sections of Chennai and suburbs by 9am to 1pm on Wednesday for maintenance function.
Based on an official launch, There’ll be electricity reduction in Poombuhar, Red Hills, Puzhal, Ponneri Durainallur, Perambur, Sembium, K K Nagar, Koyambedu marketplace, Thirumanagalam, Tondiarpet, Thirumullaivoyal, Nungambakkam, OMR, Guindy, Mandaveli, Mylapore, Porur, Adyar and Avadi.
In Poombuhar place, There’ll be electricity reduction in Kambar Nagar, GKM Colony, Asoka Avenue and Vetri Selvi Anbalagan Nagar.
In Red Hills region, there’ll be electricity reduction in Padiyanallur, PT Moorthy Nagar, Atanthangal and portions of both Solayamman Nagar.
Back in Puzhal, the regions covered will be whole Puzhal, Nagappa Estate, Balaji Nagar along with Macro Marvel Nagar.
Kavarapettai, Panpakkam, Durainallur, Mangalam and surrounding regions will have electricity decrease in Ponneri Durainallur region.
Back in Perambur, KC Garden, Poombugar Nagar, Arjun Vasantham Nagar, SR Koil (south west ), GKM Colony, along with surrounding regions will have electricity cut.
In Sembium, there’ll be electricity reduction in VOC Street, Devi Nagar, Roja Nagar and surrounding regions.
Back in KK Nagar, there’ll be electricity reduction in Kamarajar Colony, Munusamy Salai.
Nehru Street, Krishna Nagar and surrounding regions.
In Koyambedu market place, there’ll be electricity reduction in Nerkundram, Krishna Nagar, Amudha Nagar and surrounding regions.
Srinivasa nagar, Kanaga Sabai Colony, Perumal Koil Street and surrounding regions in Thirumangalam will possess electricity cut.
Back in Tondiarpet, There’ll be electricity reduction in Napalayam, Velavan, Arul murugan Nagar, Thiruvellvoyal, Merattur, Thottakaatu,Ramanathapuram, Shanmugampuram, TKS Nagar, MMDA Stage 1,2, Elanthanur,Kalaingar Nagar, Pallipuram, Ariyanvoyal, Melur, Pallipuram and surrounding regions.
In Thirumallivoyal, there’ll be electricity reduction in Velanoor village, Sivagarden and neighboring regions.
Lloyds Road at Nungambakkam region and in OMR region, Perungudi Industrial property, a part of OMR, Semmanchery, Sholinganallur region, Arumugam Avenue, Ezhil Muga Nagar, Bharath Nagar, Kannagi Nagar and environment regions will have electricity cut.
In Guindy, there’ll be electricity reductions in Madipakkam, Rajbhavan region, Alandur, Manapakkam region, Ramapuram region, Adambakkam region, TG Nagar and surrounding regions.
Saradapuram SS-I & II at Mandaveli along with Jayalakshimi Estate, Thanappa, Theetharappan, Demontee, Appu Street, Muthu road and surrounding regions in Mylapore region will have electricity cut.
In Porur place, there’ll be electricity reduction in Madhanandapuram,” Part of Porur, Kovoor, Somangalam and surrounding regions.
At Adyar, Kaveri road, Ganesh Nagar, portions of ECR and surrounding regions will have electricity cut.
In Avadi, There’ll be electricity reduction in Kalaingar Nagar, Poompozil Nagar, Mazuthi Street, Mittanamallee, Sabi Nagar, ICF Colony and neighboring regions.
Supply is going to be restored until 1 pm should work is finished, according to the release.
