Gurgaon: Residents of AVL36 Gurgaon in Sector 36a face a difficult time with uncertain power supply.
Residents complain that they have faced blackouts that often occur for the past month.

Manoj Yadav, a resident said, “We have faced blackouts for 2-3 hours every day.
On Thursday, there is no electricity from 9am to 1 in the morning.

“Residents showed that power was supplied from the 11-kV feeder line from Garhi Harsaru which was 5 km away from the community and The cable path is often broken.
Amrendra Jha, a resident, said, “Even today, there are blackouts for more than 45 minutes in the morning.
We face a lot of inconvenience because most of us work from homes and students attend online class.
Our concerns have been removed by RWA and developers .
“President RWA Balraj Singh denied the claims and said,” There is a lot of construction work going on around it, because the cable wiring is damaged.
Until now maintenance HT line is the developer but we have asked the electricity department to take over.

Meanwhile, Gaurav Dahiya, SDO DHBVN said, “There is no shortage because we have sufficient inventory.
The Civic Authority has damaged the underground cable while carrying out development work.
The community needs to shift from 11 KV to 33 KV supply.”
