Chennai: Tangedco has announced the suspension of the power supply in several parts of Chennai and the outskirts from 9am to 2 noon on Wednesday (Nov 24) for maintenance work.
Official release said there would be cut power in Tambaram, Sholinganlatur and Ponneri Durainallur.
In the Tambaram area, there will be a power cut at the Perumal Coil Street, Thiruchendur Nagar, Thiruthani Nagar, Pallava Garden, Perumal Nagar Part, 200 feet ThoraiPakkam Road, Azhagappa Nagar, Arg Nagar, Military Quarters, Taj Flight Kitchen, BPCL, L & T and surrounding areas.
In the Sholinganlatur area, there will be a power outage in Devaraj Nagar, BooPathy Nagar, Anna Street, village roads and OMR sections.
Supply will be restored before 14:00 if the job is completed, according to the official release.
