New Delhi: India International Trade Exhibition will return in Pragati Maidan after missing last year due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The 40th edition of the annual event will run from November 14 to 27.
With the land of the exhibition now three times the previous size after rebuilding, maybe there will be less than customary congestion at the exhibition.

“The 40th IITF will be inaugurated by the Minister of Trade and Textile Piyush shaken at 10 am on November 14.
ITPO officials said ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ is the theme of the exhibition.
Nine countries – Fanistan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Tunisia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Nepal and UAE – have so far confirmed their participation, while Bihar is a partner country and Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand are focal conditions.
Punjab, Haryana, West Bengal, Tripura, Manipur and Assam, among others are scheduled to hold a cultural program at the event from November 15 and so on.
About 1,500 exhibitors from India and abroad are expected to participate.
More than 25 Ministries of Union and PSUS hosted their pavilion in the new and old exhibition complex in Pragati Maidan.
The minority minority will host Hunnar Haat Pavilion, while the Ministry of Rural Development will have Saras Mela.
The Ministry of Health and Welfare of Family, Railways and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are others participating in the Fair.
The Swadaya group also participated in large quantities.
The first five days at the exhibition will function as business days before the exhibition is open to the general public.
Tickets on weekdays to be given a price of Hospital 80 and on weekends at Rs 150.
Senior citizens will be allowed to enter free.
While tickets are available online on a popular ticket site, they will also be available at a counter 60 metro stations in Delhi and NCR, including Dwarka Sector 21, Ito, Huda City Center, Ina and Rajeev Chowk.
At the Pragati Maidan Metro Station itself, tickets will not be available.
Those who plan to attend popular annual events must be careful to adhere to strict Covid Prevention and Protocol actions.
