Prayagraj: Scripting a series of success stories in vaccination drive, the Ministry of Health officials have provided more than 2.50 lakh doses of vaccines among the recipients who qualify in the city of Sangam, in the first week of February.
The figure of the Ministry of Health on Sunday claimed that as many as 2,50,181 doses were given to the recipient who qualified, which included, 1,15,967 men, 1.24,279 women and 83 transgender, between February and 6.
Interestingly, the recipient of the woman continued to lead in Vaccination in the district in the fifth consecutive month in taking Jab.
Until now, a total of 78,07,770 doses were given to recipients who qualified in the Prayagraj district covering 39,24,126 men, 38.31,755 women and 3,175 transgender.
District Immunization Officers (DIO) and Additional Chief Medical Officer (Vaccination) Dr.
Teerath Lal told toi that, hard work and sincere effort from the health team had hit a big success story in January when 21.09.111 doses were given to qualify.
The recipient includes 10.10,486 men, 10.59,027 women, and 736 transgender.
He further added, increasing awareness and active participation of all qualified recipient groups had helped the department to reach the target.
The numbers were also claimed, three months ago (2021), including September (9.39 lakh), November (9.54 lakh) and December (9.00 lakh) have recorded more than 9 lakh administrative doses but January 2022, Breaking all records and when more than 21 doses of lakh are given among the recipients who meet the requirements.
Health officials, meanwhile, said that we were working on a micro plan to cover the recipient who fulfilled the left requirements of all age groups.
Record here claimed, in December (2021), from 9.00,679 doses, 4,73,079 women received Jab, while the number of men was 4.27,206.
Likewise, in November, from 9.54,150 JAB was given to the recipient who qualified, as many as 5,01,783 women received Jab, while the power of men’s recipients was 4.52.021.
Likewise, of a total of 8,41,889 doses given in October, 4,40,094 doses were given to women, while 4,01,428 doses were given to men.
In addition, in September, of a total of 9,39,300 doses given to the recipient who qualified, as many as 4,78,740 women and 4,60,002 men were vaccinated.
