Prayagraj: About 53.3 percent of recipients living in urban areas in the city of Sangam have received a temporary dose of recipients living in rural areas who received both doses of only 17 percent.
Similarly, around 81.5 percent of recipients living in urban areas have received at least a single dose while the number of recipients living in rural areas that receive a single dose of only 63 percent.
The statistics disclosed by the Ministry of Health on Tuesday claimed that the total population of Prayagraj Regency was estimated at around 69.22 lakh where the vax recipient population (18 plus parents) which will be given a dose is around 44.08.280 the receiver includes 34.19,225 in rural areas and 9.89,055 in urban areas.

He claimed that the number of recipients who received the first dose in the district was 67.6 percent while 25.2 percent of the total recipients were also vaccinated in the city of Sangam.
The number of recipients based in rural areas that receive the first satisfying dose but the percentage of recipients who receive the second dose is not enough.
ACMO, however, said the majority of recipients, scheduled to be given a dose, live in rural areas.
The Ministry of Health makes a sincere effort to reach each and every targeted recipient, he added.
The department has also taken the door vaccination to the door in all 20 district blocks and separate teams from Cho (Public Health Officers) and ANM (Ground) of the level of health workers) are asked to cover up at least 50 recipients in each gram of Panchayat every day.
