Pre-monsoon showers Cotton Raj, Kota latest in 41.9°C

JAIPUR: Pre-monsoon showers in many areas have led mercury to dip upon the nation, supplying much needed relief in the scorching heat.
Kota stayed the hottest from the nation with no more than 41.9°C, the Met said on Monday.
Many areas such as Sikar, Churu, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Alwar, Bharatpur, Karauli, Baran, Kota, Jhalawar and Bundi listed mild rain at the noon which turned into moderate to moderate showers afterwards.
Jaipur Met office stated because the humidity levels have been climbing, this was anticipated.
Attributing the climatic shift to the busy northerly winds and western interference, weathermen stated moderate to moderate showers will last at many areas in western and northern Rajasthan in the subsequent 24 hours.
Men and women in Jaipur awakened to some minimal temperature of 27.6°C.
It was followed with a rainy day which directed the germ to dip.
A maximum temperature of 38.2°C has been listed in town, providing much needed relief in the scorching heat.
Weather in the vicinity of Jaipur was chiefly fine amidst cloudy problems.
