Coimbatore: The Nursery and Play Schools in the City prepares to reopen from Wednesday.
Preschool closed in March 2020 when locking was charged during the first wave.
Recently, the state government allowed the reopening of nursery and playing schools.
When school has been opened for other students from class I, the school will extend the same standard operating procedure for kindergarten children too, said the teacher.
K Vidhya, Principal of Sri Gopal Naidu Children School, said parents were eager about the start of the class to nursery children and making calls to school about reception.
The teacher is also passionate and has prepared a grade for children on Wednesday morning.
“To start with we plan to hold a half-day class.
We will do a full day class from next week.
We hope 90% of attendance on the first day reopened,” he said.
Parents has begun to ask questions with playing school too.
B Sanjana, a resident of Saravanampatti said his daughter was four years old.
He claimed to go to LKG last year, but he didn’t like online classes.
Sanjana was also not happy with the online class and therefore stopped.
“We want to send it to school this year.
Before we put it in UKG, we plan to send him to go to school play so he can adopt the school environment,” he said.
The school owner plays from Ganapati, who does not want to be named after, said many schools have served for some time with the help of school money.
Now, they will open formally and run all day, he said.
