New Delhi: The police claimed in front of the Delhi court on Friday that there was a premeditation conspiracy, where the northeast Delhi riot took place in February last year.
Submission was carried out before the additional session of Judge Amitabh was treated during the hearing of Plea Guaranteed Former members of the Ishrat Congress Board of Jahan, ordered under strict activity law (prevention), in this case.
Special Prosecutor Amit Prasad, appearing for the police, said it is rarely possible to build conspiracies through direct evidence, but can be determined through the evidence and behavior of the defendant.
“Assuming there are conspiracies and no violations occur, and the riots have not occurred, that the conspiracy itself can be punished, here the prosecution case is that conspiracies occur and riots occur.
Anyone who does any single action responsible for the actions of others , “argue.
He further alleged that the WhatsApp group was formed by Imam Sharjeel who was accused of being together with “Jamia Muslim Students”, the conversation revealed that he was related to “communal and radical groups”.
Referring to the Facebook page “Jamia Student”, he accused that it was clear that the posts were not secular or democratic or nationalists.
“They oppose secularism, democracy and nationalism.
This is clearly a situation in which these posts oppose secularism, democracy and nationalism,” said the Public Prosecutor.
Jahan advisers previously thought that he had been involved in this case and there was no evidence of evidence to show his involvement in the riots.
