Preparation for Dasara reached another stage on Thursday, with elephants and horses managed to participate in practice with cannon firing the parking lot of mysuru palace.
A team of 30 members of the city armed police (car) police took part in the practice of shooting cannons to adjust the elephant for the Grand Historical Dasara.
Even though Gajah Dhananjaya, Gopalaswamy and Lakshmi partly showed fear, it could be ignored compared to previous years, when some elephants run prostitutes because of the sound.
Seven cannons fired three rounds each with 21 rounds as part of the training session.
