New Delhi: President of RAM Nath Kovind on Thursday declared condolences for the loss of life in a landslide incident in Kinnaur Regency.
In a tweet, President Kovind said that he spoke with the Governor of Himachal Pradesh Rajesh Arlekar and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur to find out about the tragedy.

“At present, the National Highway is closed.
Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) Ruins Bus looks scattered more than 100 meters of the area in the middle of the rubble,” said a spokesman for Indo-Tibet Border Police (ITBP), Vivek Pandey in Kinnaur.

A massive landslide had hit the Kinnaur district at Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday where the HRTC 30 seat bus, a truck, and four cars were trapped under the rubble.
