New Delhi: Indian President Ram Nath Kovind on August 18, 2021, gave approval of the Constitutional Law (Amendment to 105), 2021, which empowered the state to identify and determine social and education classes (SEBC).
The constitution (105th) Bill 2021 was passed by parliament on August 11, 2021.
Indian sheets, issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice, the action will change the Article 338B of the Constitution, in the clause (9), and will enter the provisions: “As long as it doesn’t exist In this clause that applies to clauses (3) article 342a.
” In the article 342a the Constitution, for the words “socially backward classes and education that will be for the purpose of this”, words “of social and educational classes in the central list that will be for the purpose of the central government” will be replaced, and expression ” The central list “which means a list of social backwards is socially and the education prepared and managed by and for the central government must be included.
As per the Law, every state or union region can, by law, prepare and maintain, for its own purpose, the class list is socially and educated, the entry that may be different from the central list.
“In Article 366 of the Constitution, for clauses (26C), the following clauses will be replaced, namely: – ‘(26C) of social and educational classes” means classes behind as those considered in Article 342a for this purpose from the Central Government or region state or union, like the case, “read the sheet.
