In particular, the government last year stated that his birth warnings would be celebrated as ‘paraacram ditwas’ every year.
The government announced that Netaji’s birth warnings which fell on January 23 will mark the Republican Day celebration, not a day later.
Born to advocate for Bose Janakinath at Cuttack Odisha on January 23, 1897, Netaji continued to play a key role in the freedom movement.
He was also known for establishing Azad Hind Fauj.
