New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the nation on the occasion of the Republican Day, on Wednesday.
India celebrated the 73rd Republican Day, the constitutional day began to apply in 1950.
“Hopefully you are all happy Republic Days.
Jai Hind! #RepublicDay,” PM Modi Tweeted in Hindi and English.
The Republican Day Parade this year will have 16 contingents march, 17 military bands and 25 tableaux from various countries, departments and armed forces.
