Prime Minister while Haiti to retreat

Port-au-Prince: Prime Minister of Haiti appointed Ariel Henry will replace the country’s temporary prime minister in honor of the wishes of the country’s killed President, an official told the Associated Press on Monday.
Not immediately clear how quickly Claude Joseph’s prime minister, who has led Haiti with the support of the police and the military since the murder of President Jovenel Moze, will retreat.
“Negotiations are still on track,” said Minister of Election Haiti Mathias Pierre, added that Joseph would return to the foreign minister.
Joseph could not be contacted immediately for comments, and Henry did not return a message to comment.
The change followed a Saturday statement from a group of key international diplomat which seemed to emit Joseph, called for Henry to form a government.
Moïse appointed Henry as prime minister the day before he was killed, but he had not been sworn.
