NEW YORK: Prince Andrew England seeks a jury trial to clean up his name in civil complaints of sexual violence he struggled in New York, his lawyer announced Wednesday.
“Prince Andrew with this demands the trial by the jury about all the causes of actions stated in the complaint,” his lawyer with a movement.
The accusation said he had sex with a prince when he was 17 and under the US law after meeting him through the deceased US investor and Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s convicted.
The prince has not been prosecuted and has denied the allegations, which has made him disgrace and force him to resign from the royal task.
Earlier this month, Andrew was stripped of his honorary military title and charity role after Judge Lewish Kaplan denied his request to dismiss this case.
The 38-year-old victim alleged that Andrew was sexually attacked him at the House of Socialite London and Epstein’s friend Ghislaine Maxwell in March 2001.
