New York: Prince Andrew England plans to challenge the Jurisdiction of the US court for a civil suit by a woman who accused him of attacking sex and hitting him two decades ago, according to the submission of the court Monday.
In court with the US District Court in Manhattan, a lawyer for Andrew said Prince also planned to follow that he was properly served with a lawsuit by Virginia Giuffre, who had said he was also harassed by investors Jeffrey Epstein.
Lawyers for Giuffe did not immediately respond to a comment request.
Andrew, 61, is one of the leading people associated with Epstein, who was demanded by the US prosecutor in July 2019 by making use of dozen women and women sexually.
Epstein, registered sex, killing himself at the age of 66 in a Manhattan prison on August 10, 2019.
Giuffre accused Andrew forced him in 2001, when he was 17 years old, to have unwanted sexual relations at London Ghislaine Maxwell’s house, Associate Longtime Socialit England and Epstein.
Giuffre also said Andrew misused him at Epstein’s house on the east side of Manhattan, and in an epstein private island owned in the US Virgin Islands.
Andrew has denied Giuffre’s sexual abuse claims.
