Hiral was studied in Gujarati Media both in Surat and Ahmedabad.

Despite wanting to take science, to conduct engineering after class 12, he chose trade and luck smiled at him when he got a scholarship in college.
“I tried to upsc once, but couldn’t do the initial test because the qualification paper was based on mathematics.
I prepared well after that and now it will take the exam,” Hiral said, who has chosen Literature Gujarati as an optional subject for UPSC.
He took GPSC Prelims in October 2019, but Covid put off electricity conducted in March 2021.
