Nagpur: After working for 16 months in a private company that made flyovers, under and passed and bridges on package 4 of Samrudhi Mahamarg in the Washim District, Engineer Vishvjeet Gupta has submitted a complaint with Maharashtra State Development Corporation (MSRDC) that accuses below the standard Construction Work.
