Varanasi: The Smart City Varanasi Limited (SCVL) has obtained within Rudraksh — both the Rs 186-crore advanced International Convention Centre (ICC) along with also a sign of India-Japan friendship — by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) after conclusion of its structure and also roped into a private business to conduct it for a span of ten decades.
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has financed the 1,200-seat ICC, that has been constructed in the form of a Shivlinga.
