New Delhi: Secretary General of AICC Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday Brainstormed with senior Congress leaders from Uttar Pradesh about preparation for the assembly polls next year, when the party decided to hit the road against the BJP government about problems such as unemployment, price increases.

Last week, Lallu has expressed confidence that his party has the capacity to combat elections without alignment with SP or BSP and form the next government itself.
His statement had arrived a few days after the Samajwadi and the party Bahujan Samaj ruled out the forging the main alliance to the Uttar Pradesh Assembly poll.
In an interview with PTI, Lallu also said the Congress would fight the Assembly poll at Uttar Pradesh next year under Priyanka Gandhi “Dekh-Rekh (supervision)”, and that under his leadership, the party will return to the state afterwards more than three decades ,
