New Delhi: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday accused the Government of Uttar Pradesh from “insulting” the work carried out by Accredited Social Health Activists (Asha) and promised to honor from Rs 10,000 per month for Asha and workers and workers if the party chose to power in the pollination Assembly opinion next year.
Taking to Twitter, he shared a video that was said to be the alleged “attack” by the police in Shahjahanpur on Asha workers who wanted to meet the Chairman of the Yogi Adityanath Minister with their demands.
“Every attack on Asha’s sisters by the government up is an insult to the work done by them.
My brother Asha has provided their services diligently at Coronavirus times and on another occasion.
Honorarium is their right.
This is the task of the government to listen to them,” The Secretary General of Congress said at a tweet in Hindi.
“Asha’s brother deserves respect and me with them in this match,” Gandhi said.
The Congress Party is committed to the Honorarium Rights of the Asha brother and respects them and in the establishment of the Government, Asha and the workers of AnganWadi will be given honorariums from Rs 10,000 per month, he said.
In another tweet, he slammed the Government of Uttar Pradesh for the alleged condition of ‘Goshalas’ (warehouse beef) and urged to take improvement steps.
