Rae Bareli: Secretary General of Congress Priyanka Gandhi Vadra began a two-day tour of Rae Bareli, his mother’s parliamentary constituency, on Sunday and offered prayers at the Hanuman Temple on the border of Lucknow-Rae Bareli.
His visit to Rae Bareli came ahead of the crucial polls of Uttar Pradesh, which will be held early next year.
For the Priyanka Gupta Media Panelis, the Secretary General of the Party will hold organizational meetings throughout the day and the meeting will continue until late at night.
He can also meet people from various parts of society, said Gupta.
Gandhi visited Bachhravan, Harchandpur, Jagdishpur Village, and Civil Lines in the city, where he was welcomed by party leaders and workers.
Then the Cavalcade continued towards Bhuyemau Guest House, said a party leader.
