Lucknow: Secretary General of the National Congress Priyanka Personal Secretary Gandhi Sandeep Singh along with two senior party leaders, Shiv Pandey and Yogesh Kumar Dixit, have been ordered for the attack and peek at 7 Mall Avenue.
FIR was submitted at the Hussinganj police station with complaints by a driver with the Uttar Pradesh government plantation department on Thursday.
The complainant, Prashant Singh, said, members of the Singh Congress, Pandey and Dixit spied on his house at Mall Avenue around midnight on Wednesday.
“I saw them moving in suspicion in my house and when I objected, the trio was misused and drew me,” he thought.
The police said that the congressional leaders mentioned in this case were holding the main post at the party and had been ordered for criminal intimidation and voluntarily caused injury.
Deputy Deputy Deputy Police Commissioner, Central Zone, Raghvendra Mishra, said a fire department was registered in this case and investigation was underway.
