Yoddha led to most matches, but Haryana got back to win 3 important points in the race for a playoff place.
Kandola starred in the Raiding Department with 17 points and will win the match for Steelers if it is not for the Gill Surender’s hero at the end.
Gill scored 14 points for ups that would be annoyed with the tie after having an 8-point advantage in the second round.
Coach Haryana Rakesh Kumar started the match with only two robbers in Meetu and Vikash Kandola.
The defensive strategy doesn’t seem to exercise at the initial stage with the error of narwal yoddha narwal inducing.
“Record breakers” capable of being supported by their defense with Anshu Singh and Nitesh Kumar looked impressive.
Yoddha gets everything first with 7 minutes left to open a 5-point lead.
But Haryana was not in the mood to let the match slipped when Kandola helped them stay in touch from Yoddha.
Their defender Jaideep was seen in a good form because half ended 14-13 with Yoddha in the lead.
The two teams continued to fit each other in the early minutes of the second half.
Kandola chose valuable RAID points, but Haryana’s defense struggled.
It is a case of too many chefs that spoil soup like Jaideep, can be paid for their best defender, keep exchanging positions to fit the formation.
Gill scored a super 3 points in the 10th minute to lead 3 points.
The momentum shift helps them claim the others run out with 9 minutes left to increase the advantage to 6 points.
Coach Rakesh Kumar brought Raider Thirder Rohit Guliya to the mat and turned to the traditional formation after all-out.
Yoddha defenders made some mistakes in the dying minutes to give Haryana a great opportunity to keep everything.
Kandola produced an amazing 5-point attack (3 + 2 for all out) to reduce leading to only one point with a little more than 1 minute left.
He secured Super 10 in the process and then won an attack of 2 points to give Haryana excellence.
Gill, however, had other ideas when he matched Kandola with several multi-point attacks.
But Yoddha Raider chose to play safely in the last attack of the game to end the match with a tie.
