New Delhi: Proceedings of Rajya Sabha postponed until 12 noon on Wednesday as opposition parties caused slogans for various problems while Chairman M Venkaiiah Naidu made a statement on the behavior of several members at home the day before.
When the house gathered for that day, Naidu expressed the deep sadness of several opposition parliamentarians on the table at home on Tuesday, said he could not sleep because of the blasphemy of the democratic temple.
