Nagpur: Opposition Leader in NMC and Senior Corporate Corporate Congress Tansaji Want on Tuesday urged the Commissioner of Radhakrishnan B to stop the work order related to the project worth RS 3 Lakh approved by Deputy Mayor of Dhawde.
In a letter to the civil head, Wanve accused irregularities in the allocation of RS 3 Lakh for various development jobs by Dhawde.
Urging the civil heads to carry out the earliest intervention, Wanve also demanded an inquiry of Department to RS 3 Lakh approved by the Deputy Office of the Mayor.
According to Wanve, Split of Works is being carried out allegedly with the Deputy Mayor’s funds.
“This shows that being done to avoid the tender process by dividing work into many parts.
Even NMC engineers are involved in this fraud,” he thought.
