Pune: BuanMinton Star PV Sindhu on Wednesday said that professional coaching is a must for sports in India if they want to do better on international events.
“Women’s representation in sports and winning scores can increase if Indian Sportswomen people get professional training opportunities,” Sindhu, who was Bridgestone India’s ambassador, said during his visit to the company’s headquarters here.
Sindhu won bronze in the Tokyo match to be the only Indian woman and a second overall to win two medals at the Olympics.
