Mumbai: justifying his attitude about restrictions on people who were not vaccinated from traveling by train, the state government on Thursday was put forward before Bombay the High Court that the decision was legitimate, reasonable and taken in a greater public interest.

Have we considered all relevant and, fourth factors, whether there are irrelevant single factors that have crawled into the decision-making process to weaken it, is what must be Viewed, “said Anturkar during the trial through a video conference .
They quote a report to show even vaccinated people can be infected and pass the Covid-19 virus.
The state tries to indicate that the decision-making process cannot be blamed.
