Promising aplenty for covid orphans but helps still far away

Nagpur: After losing their mother, who is the only breadwinner in the family, to Covid-19 this year, two brothers aged 11 and 15 years depending on occasional assistance from several private organizations and initiatives.
The mother usually works as a domestic aid while their father has died a few years ago.
The children lived with their Septuagenarian grandparents in June Mangalwari.
With the government scheme has not been implemented, orphans are in trouble.
Their relatives were poor and even neighbors could barely help.
They are one of 51 children from Nagpur Regency who are waiting for 18 years to qualify for the help of RS10 Lakh from the PM Cares funds of the central government.
The state government has promised RS5 Lakh issued by government resolutions on June 17.
In addition, 1,699 other children, who lost one of their parents to Covid, should be appointed in the scheme of ‘Balangopan’ through the development of women and children ‘Department (WCD).

According to him, around 15,000 children in the state have lost one of their parents because Covid.

The former Mayor of Sandip Joshi has initiated ‘PalaceTwa Prakalp’ to help familiar communities, especially children.
He has taken the responsibility of 250 families where 400 children are now under care and watch.
Joshi said they had so far paid Rs 9.50 lakh in school fees for these children.
“Women have been given skills development training, especially in jobs such as masala-making and the project.
We will have their own brand ‘Covid Siddha’ Covid ‘and the exhibition will be held during Diwali,” he said.
The former mayor has also created a ‘family health card’ specifically for free medical care and forms a counselor panel.
