MUMBAI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA), in an affidavit earlier Bombay high court as opposed a”obscure” quashing request filed with an Elgar Parishad instance detained, Shoma Sen who’s relying upon an undercover forensic laboratory report which signaled planting of proof on the notebook of her co-accused, Rona Wilson.
Sen’s request stated her incarceration is about”foundation of fraudulent proof to implicate critical dissenting intellectuals…from slapping instances under strict legislation against public oversight”.
