Anup Kumre from Nagpur Central Jail recognized the possibility of misuse 15 phones because he had also received some questions and information that had not been confirmed.
“Every prison guard should manage substantial telephone users in the barracks at once.
Often prison guards may not be aware of content if the caller speaks in the code language or quickly send voice mail,” Kumre said.
