Rajkot: After they got a green signal from the state government, the property of the Jamnagar police was worth 8 Crore Hospital belonging to Notorius Criminal Jayesh Patel and his syndicate on Tuesday.
Assistant Assistant Jamnagar Police Nitish Pandey told the media people that they had attached property to destroy organized crime syndicates.
“If we want to destroy the syndicate of organized crime from its roots, we need to break it financially.
With this purpose we have registered a violation of the Jayesh Patel crime syndicate under the Gujcoc and IPC sections.
During the investigation, we got evidence of illegal properties that had been extorted from The victims and given to members of the syndicate, “Pandey said.
“We have prepared a list of property and send proposals to the Ministry of the Houses that are looking for permission to attach this and after continuing, we attach property worth Rs 8 Crore,” he added.
Jayesh Patel Allied Jaysukh Ranpariya was arrested in London in March this year.
He desires in 42 criminal cases including murder, extortion, cheating, forgery and money laundering.
Patel and syndicate are famous for forging documents and reaching ground.
Patel fled to Dubai eight days before advocating for the murder of Kirit Joshi which he allegedly allegedly contracted to a murderer.
Jamnagar police arrested three contract murderers and 12 other gang members.
