Las Vegas: A 22-year-old man wears war equipment firing at least 20 shots outside and inside the Las Vegas shop, killing a man sitting in a parked car but no customers at a saw on Friday.
The suspect, Jesus Javier Uribe, refused to attend the performance of the court scheduled for many allegations of crime, including murder and attempted murder after his arrest Thursday in a house in Las Vegas southwest, followed what was marked by random police.
A judge acknowledged the absence of Uribibe and ordered him in a warranty in prison waiting for Tuesday at the Las Vegas court justice on charges of also including robbery, burglary and discharging of illegal weapons.
Prosecutor Richard Scow said later the police found 13 bullet sheaths outside the store, where Curtis Leon Abraham, 36, was shot several times while sitting in the vehicle waiting for his girlfriend inside.
Abraham was said dead at the hospital, police said.
The police said Uribe shot into a vehicle that was not inhabited outside the store before he was seen on the security video that stepped in holding a gun and wearing a tactical vest and a gun belt.
Abraham’s girlfriend was hiding with a shop officer in the refrigerator cooler, said Copow, while other people escaped from the back door.
Seven bullet sheaths were found in the store, but no one was shot, said the prosecutor.
Uribe was also accused of robbing someone in the road confrontation before arriving at the store.
The police said the tip led by Uribe came after officials issued a public application to ask for help, characterize shootings as random acts and release photos of gunmen entering the store.
The Gunman took items from the shop and left the area on foot, police said.
